Our Vision: The 4-H Center is dedicated to transform nonformal education to meet the demands of the 21st century global learning society.

We create innovative ways of generating knowledge and sharing information. We nurture youth, families and communities and bring innovative youth development practices to the global community.

The 4-H Center for Youth Development is the research center that supports the NC 4-H Program, which engages youth in reaching their fullest potential while advancing the field of youth development.
